Getting Started

How do I get started with Parked?

Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for an account, provide your address, and request the number of totes you need. We'll deliver them to your door, and you can pack at your own pace. When you're ready, we'll pick them up and store them safely in our climate-controlled facility. Then schedule any deliveries you need and we'll schedule a delivery for whichever of your totes that you request!

How many totes do I need?

The number of totes you need depends on what you're storing. Most customers start with 3-5 totes for seasonal items, holiday decorations, or items from a single room. You can always request more totes later if needed—there's no need to guess upfront.

What can I store in the totes?

You can store most household items that fit in our standard totes, including clothing, books, documents, small electronics, holiday decorations, and other personal belongings. We recommend avoiding items that are extremely fragile, require special handling, or are prohibited by our terms of service.

How long does it take to get my totes?

Once you request totes, we typically deliver them within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and our delivery schedule. You'll receive a notification when your totes are on the way.

Pricing & Billing

How much does storage cost?

Our pricing starts as low as $12 per tote per month. You only pay for the totes you actually use—no wasted space, no surprise price hikes. All totes include climate-controlled storage and protection at no extra cost.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay. We cover dropping off empty totes and picking up filled totes at no extra cost (within 10 miles of a hub). Delivery of totes (bringing them back to you) has its own fees with no mileage costs within 10 miles of our hub. After 10 miles, there's a $1 per mile charge. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need something faster than your plan's standard timeframe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your storage service at any time. When you're ready, we'll deliver all your totes back to you. You have 2 days to unpack free of charge, but there is a per-day charge of $2 per tote after that until you schedule pickup. Alternatively, you can buy the totes to keep for $18 per tote. If after 9 days you still haven't finished unpacking and scheduled your pickup, you will just own the totes outright for $18 per tote and there are no additional charges after 9 days.

What happens if I need more or fewer totes?

You can request additional totes at any time, and we'll deliver them to your door. If you want to reduce the number of totes you're storing, just let us know and we can arrange to return the totes you no longer need.

Storage & Protection

How are my items protected?

We seal your totes at pickup in a pest-free protective bag, then we drop them off at our nearest hub for storage safely in our climate-controlled facility. This protects your belongings as well as other customers from pests, mold, dust, temperature extremes, and humidity—all included at no extra cost!

Is the storage facility climate-controlled?

Yes! All items are stored in our climate-controlled facility, which maintains consistent temperature and humidity levels to protect your belongings from damage. This is included with every tote—no extra charge.

Can I see what's in my totes?

Yes! While packing you can use your camera phone and our dashboard to add photos of items inside the tote so you always know what is inside and can search the images to find the totes you may need to have delivered so you don't waste time bringing unneeded totes back to you and only get what you need access to. Our dashboard also allows you to give names/descriptions for totes as you wish to make it even easier for identification!

What if something gets damaged?

We take great care to protect your belongings. Each tote is sealed and stored in protective bags in our climate-controlled facility. We don't allow the storage of these prohibited itemsprohibited-items to keep both your things and other's items safe. We have an affordable insurance policy you can elect to add if you wish when signing up. If you have concerns about damage, please contact our support team immediately, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Delivery & Pickup

How do I get my items back?

Simply open your dashboard, find the tote you need, and request delivery. We'll bring it to your door within your plan's timeframe. No need to drive to a storage unit or dig through boxes.

How quickly can I get my items delivered?

Simply request delivery from the dashboard and we will bring the totes you select for delivery as quickly as it can be scheduled (typically 2-5 business days). If you need them faster, we have rush delivery for an additional fee.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, someone needs to be present to receive the totes. We'll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time. For pickup, we'll also arrange a time that works for you.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve select areas. Check your address during signup to see if we deliver to your location. We're expanding our service area regularly, so if we're not in your area yet, let us know and we'll notify you when we arrive!

Account & Dashboard

How do I access my dashboard?

Simply log in to your account from our website. Your dashboard shows all your totes, what's inside each one, their current status (in storage, scheduled for delivery, etc.), and lets you request deliveries or new totes.

Can I add photos to my totes?

Yes! When packing, you can add photos and notes to each tote through your dashboard. This helps you remember what's inside and makes it easy to find specific items when you need them.

How do I update my address or contact information?

You can update your address, phone number, and other contact information directly from your account settings in the dashboard. Just make sure to update this before scheduling any deliveries.

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password from the sign-in page by clicking 'Forgot password' and following the instructions sent to your email address.
