Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our storage service.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our storage service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.
2. Prohibited Items
You agree not to store any prohibited items in our totes. A comprehensive list of prohibited items is available on our Prohibited Items List page, which includes but is not limited to:
- •Hazardous materials, flammable items, or explosives
- •Liquids, semi-liquids, or spillable materials of any kind
- •Perishable food items or items with strong odors
- •Biological, medical, or living items
- •High-value items exceeding insurance coverage limits
- •Weapons, illegal items, or contraband
- •Wet, damp, or moldy items
- •Items exceeding tote dimensions or weight limits
The prohibited items list is updated periodically and is incorporated into these terms by reference. You are responsible for reviewing the current list before storing any items.
3. Customer Acknowledgment
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ✓You understand and will comply with the prohibited items policy
- ✓You accept liability for any damage resulting from non-compliant storage
- ✓You will accurately label totes containing electronics, batteries, or fragile items in your dashboard
4. Right to Inspect
We reserve the right to inspect totes if:
- •There is leakage or evidence of liquid spillage
- •There is a strong or unusual odor emanating from the tote
- •A tote appears to exceed weight limits
- •A tote violates safety standards or poses a risk to our facility, staff, or other customers' belongings
This inspection right is standard practice for logistics and storage companies and is necessary to ensure safety and compliance.
5. Customer Liability
You are financially responsible for:
- •Damage to our facility caused by prohibited items or non-compliant storage
- •Damage to other customers' belongings resulting from your non-compliance
- •Hazmat cleanup fees if hazardous materials are discovered
- •Pest remediation costs if prohibited items attract pests
- •Replacement costs for damaged totes or protective bags
6. Insurance & Coverage
We offer insurance coverage for stored items. Please review your plan details for specific coverage limits and exclusions. High-value items exceeding stated coverage limits are not permitted in totes.

7. Service Terms
Pricing
Pricing is based on the number of totes you use. You only pay for the totes you actually store. Prices are subject to change with notice, but your current plan pricing is locked in for the duration of your subscription period.
Delivery & Pickup
Standard delivery and pickup are included in your plan. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and demand.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, we will deliver all your stored totes back to you. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees apply.
8. Delivery Fees & Additional Charges
The following fees and charges may apply to your deliveries and services:
Base Delivery Fees
- •Local Delivery (0-10 miles): $35 per trip (pickup or drop-off). $50 if 6 or more totes are being delivered or picked up.
- •Extended Zone (10-20 miles): $55 per trip. $75 if 6 or more totes are being delivered or picked up.
- •Subscribers may have included deliveries based on their plan. Additional deliveries beyond included amounts are charged at the rates above.
Rush Delivery Fee
Same-day or next-day rush delivery: +$45 on top of the base delivery fee.
Rush delivery is subject to availability and may not be available in all areas or time windows.
Packing Concierge Service
Our packing concierge service helps you pack your items: $75 flat fee for up to 45 minutes of packing assistance.
Overtime charges apply if packing takes longer than 45 minutes: $1.50 per minute for each additional minute beyond 45 minutes.
Packing time is tracked from when our team begins packing until completion. You will be notified of any overtime charges.
Missed Appointment Fee
If you are not available at your scheduled delivery or pickup time and our driver cannot complete the service, a $25 missed appointment fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the operational costs of the attempted delivery.
We will attempt to reschedule your delivery automatically. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled time or contact us in advance to reschedule.
Heavy Items Surcharge
Totes exceeding 35 lbs may incur a $10 surcharge per tote over the weight limit. This surcharge helps cover the additional handling and operational costs associated with heavy items.
Please pack totes within the recommended weight limit to avoid this surcharge. Our totes are designed to safely hold items up to 35 lbs.
Initial Tote Drop-off Fee
When receiving your first set of empty totes, a $10 drop-off fee applies unless you schedule a pickup on the same visit. If you schedule both a drop-off and pickup for the same visit, the initial drop-off fee is waived.
Note: All fees are charged immediately upon service completion or when applicable conditions are met. Fees are added to your monthly invoice and charged to your payment method on file. Subscriber discounts may apply to base delivery fees based on your plan, but additional fees (rush, packing concierge, missed appointment, heavy items, initial drop-off) are not discounted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims related to your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for storage in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for damage caused by prohibited items, non-compliant storage, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through your dashboard. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
